Chestnut Hill Apartments

Dangerous place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I got held-up at gunpoint last Valentine's day in the parking lot. A month later my car was broken into. The complex management wouldn't let me break lease so I'm stuck there til the end of this year (12 mo lease). Once you've had a gun to your head, life is never the same again. I don't feel safe walking outside by myself. I'm so paranoid to the point of moving to a safer place while still paying rent at this place (it's now my expensive storage unit) until the lease runs out. The place is filthy and unsafe. Don't get hooked by the attractive lease unless you're willing to compromise safety.
