Happy Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for a couple of years and since the new owners and managers took over things have gotten SO MUCH Better!!! New outside, New playground, new computers in the office for everyone to use! You can even get designer stuff like crown molding, custom paint, nice lights and faucets (for extra $ of course) they are also paying to have Houston Police officers walk the property to help with the crime that is all over Houston! Chestnut Hill has become one of the greatest places to live in this area, we have people who care and it shows!!!
