Bad, but not enough to make me leave From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I haven't had too many problems with the apartment overall. I will continue to stay here. The rent is cheap and if there is a problem it is usually fixed promptly. My complaints: A bad storm came through this week and the roof leaked in four places. The water is shut off sometimes due to renevations and sometimes it is brown. There is alot of noise from construction. They painted the apartments ugly colors. They tried to cover up a horrible sheetrock job with a bunch of paint that peels off. The caulking in the bathrooms cracks off when you try to clean it. The rent may be cheap but you pay a price when it comes to ghetto screaming people and booming rap music from cars at all hours of the night. There is alot of crime. I have seen rims stolen and cars and apartments broken into.
