For what it's worth, as I current resident, I cannot recommend this place any longer. The fire alarms alone have driven me to despise this place. Again, I must stress that my opinion is that of a _current resident_, not of a non-resident who hasn't any right to rate this complex at all. With all due respect, your rating is an "impression" based on external observation, and I suspect a great deal of assumption.
Apartment hunters reading this individual's review: I draw your attention to the final line of this post! This review is written by an individual who does not live at this complex! How can he or she have any relevant opinion whatsoever regarding this complex having not lived here?

I was a resident for a long time and watched as many of the other residents reverted back to there college days when they thought everything should be done for them. The things peple complain about amaze me. I think the property has its problems, but what property dosnt?

Perhaps I haven't lived at Cheval long enough (3 months), but most of the reviews on this site hold no validity. Be aware that the staff is cognoscente of these feeble and mostly otiose complaints. Take your witch hunt elsewhere children. Having lived in few apartments, one thing that is apparent at Cheval. No illegals living 12 to an apartment. They keep the complex clean and free of the riffraff (with the exception of a few Hitler youth's posting unwarranted and uncorroborated paroxysmal psychobabble).
