I am a current resident on temporary stay, I am also a premier ( 1.2 Million and up ) homebuilder by trade. To start off I will make it clear of my happiness and satisfaction with Cheval. Only from my experience here and from my career knowledge I have decided to comment. The negative comments I have read can only show how ludicris some clients can be as for I know from my business. If the only thing one can say is that the starbucks coffee machine is empty and post that as a complaint that should tell you something. Would this same person file a complaint at their office and say they would never work there again''' Ridiculous, in my business staff is crucial and often for quality control there are replacements and turnovers to better serve the client. Since the change in staff ( I experienced myself ) most of the hassle factors have been resolved. Cuddos to quality control by the new staff.
Move in and see you at the pool.....

Great point. Kudos to you and to the other residents like us that have witnessed the positive changes being made. The new Manager has done a superlative job. Not to mention that she's very easy on the eyes...
