From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My wife and I have lived here for 6 months. No real complaints. Very quiet. The people who say it's too noisy are probably out by the pool areas and stuff. We're facing a courtyard and don't hear a thing--and my wife is VERY sensitive about that type of thing. Yes, it's expensive, but not the most expensive, and it's about what you'd pay at other places that offer the same amenities and stuff. You could pay another couple hundred dollars a month to have granite counter tops, I guess. Don't get the small one-bedroom. It's only $100 more for the large, and there's a lot more space. Very spacious 1-br, really. As for quality, they're apartments. Carpet is kind of cheap. But ok otherwise. So yeah, it's not the greatest place on earth, but if you can afford them and if you don't live near the pools, it's fine. Oh, we also live on the 4th floor, so that could contribute to the fact we don't hear noise all the time. The gym is good.
