I have lived here almost a year now. When I first moved, it was wonderful. Now after the hurricane Katrina, many strange people have moved in. They are very loud, throw trash all over the place, they never go to bed
( you know it because they live outside). The apartments look like trash, because there is sooooo much trash all over the ground. There are always people just standing outside doing nothing. The management should be more choosy about whom they let move in. I looked up and notice that there are sex offenders living among us. I love my apartment inside, but I HATE THE OUTSIDE. I never get any rest due to the loud music, car alarms and poeple outside. The parking is horrible!!!!!! I always see little kids getting beat up and have to listen to my neighbors have sex.!!! There are 20 handicap parking spaces, but are always vacant. I feel it was a trap to make us pay for carports and garages. OF COURSE IT WAS!!!! The cable offered is sCWery, sometimes it works sometimes it does not. The paint on the wall is crap!!!
I FEEL LIKE IT LIVE IN A NEW ORLEANS SWAMP!!! I THINK THIS IS THE HEADQUATERS FOR A GANG!!!

You sound like an idiot. Just because some of your neighbors are from New Orleans does'nt mean that they are all horrible people. You sound predjudice to me.

A. You must not have filled out the same application as the rest of us did because I am pretty sure there was a criminal background check said no "property crimes, no drug crimes, and no sex crimes" B.You should really look a little deeper into your own statement the people who live around you are people too whether or not they are accustomed to living in an apartment, and realize the differences they are surrounded in their new habitat is something you should be more sympathetic to seeing they were forced there, and they would probably love to be back at home in their comfort zone where they are used to living.
