HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT From: annoyed0129 Date posted: 5/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I live here currently and I don't like it at all. The office personnel are ghetto and rude! She told a lady that got evicted from here "you aren't on the lease no mo I can wax that ass now"! That is ridiculous and very unprofessional. The property has not been kept up. I think that they have a lot of potential and it is a gorgeous place to live at an affordable price but they could use a lot better of an office staff. They were doing a we love our residents thing, handing out danishes and juice boxes as residents were leaving for work at the entrance/exit of the apartments and all of the office personnel were standing together and talking and the maintenance man and woman were handing them out, not the office personnel. That really shows how much they love their residents huh' The gates have worked maybe one or two days since I have lived here, mind you I have lived here since September 2007. The parking is ridiculous, they have parking garages and car ports but no parking spots. You have to pay for the others, which is fine but they have none available in front of my apartment, especially if you have an over night job, try coming in around 6 am, there will be not one parking spot in the whole complex, and a lot of times more than one car driving around to find a spot so you are racing for a spot when one comes available. I don't know if I just have noisy neighbors, either that or the walls are just a little too thin. You know they are too thin when you can hear them having sex as if you were in a hotel room,them arguing, and when you know the names of all three of their kids.The lighting in the hallways and stairs is on during the day and off at night! Dont ask why because I really don't know!
