I'm not pleased. The children around her can be loud at night in front of your house and argue with you if you asked them to move. The dog upstairs has pee on my items outside. I am ready to move now

I absolutely love the layout of my 2bdrm. What I don't like is the exterior of the building. The stairs and landings are filthy and should be pressure washed more frequently. Also, roaches. Thee cabinets

The complex is okay the staff could be better with fixing more things when you renew your lease it should be like you moving all over again. There's a lot of work need done on my unit I been living here four years

When I first moved in, everything was good, the property was kept up very well. But somewhere along the way, the property became very nasty and the residence are they allowed to move in changed the community. Very poor standards.

I moved from one build to a big apartment but back then it was great. The buildings NEEDS pressure washed and Doors need to be freshly painted they only make the front area looks nice the garage cans needs to be washed as well.

I understand that this is a subsidy apartment living. I would say it's not the area and location that makes your community but rather the people. From the staff to the tenets needs improvement. Re elevate your staff so you could have happier tenets.
