I moved in the last weekend of Sept 2008, signed a lease which will end in Oct 2009. At first, my boyfriend and I were ok with the apartments; we kept to our ourselves. But now, there is soo much trash over the property and kids out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Our upstairs neighbors left right after Hurricane Ike because the roof was damaged and to this day, they still have the temporary blue roof on. The gate on our patio to our apartment is broken. We reported it in November and it took them almost 3 months to come out. Only after my boyfriend threatened to sue if the gate fell down on one of our children, did they come out and ONLY took it off the hinges. It took them another couple of months to put a couple nails in just to put it back up. The whole thing needs to be replaced. The entrance and exit gates to the apartment are always broken. Our porch light has been out for the past 5 months and the A/C in my daughter's room has never worked since we moved in. The management only cares about getting the rent on time and tenants referring other renters into the these crappy apartments. Only thing that i actually like about my apartment is the space.
