since day one i should have known better! where else could you go to get an apartment with zero deposit, zero application and first months rent free plus an addition 25 dollars off each month! it's too good to be true. and it is. within our first month of being here we had a BIRD in our apt! it flew in through the exhaust tunnel from our dryer. the supposed to be 24 hour maintainence was called and we were told that this was not an emergency! and they never came. next we had to battle the ants, follewed by silverfish and spiders! in which i was BITTEN!!!! i have constantly complained of leaking windows, running toilets that have no suctuion,and a door that barely closes! the windows are leaking both water and air, it makes no sense to live in an apt with less than 750 square feet and pay an electricity bill for a house! maintainence cant speak a lick of english! i havent experienced any of the crime first hand here but its obvious something is going on. we have gotten letters about car jackings, rapes and peeping toms all from the leasing office here within a year asking residents to be careful! there are plenty of "south american drug dealers" here just knock on your neighbors door and im sure you will have a variety of drugs to choose from! next door to us all within eight months there was a woman with three small kids living in a one bedroom followed by a dude who spoke no english then finally followed by the "playboy". if its summer time and you see two half dressed women exit the apt next to yours wearing fur coats that are longer than what they are actually wearing something is truly wrong. or how about its three in the morning and the playboy is still partying and you look out your window at your car only to realize that his party has moved to the parking lot and people have left beer bottles on your spoiler! or how about the puppy left in the bathroom, barking all night and day because no one has been home in days! after months of calling the police and management on these people and their dogs they were FINALLY evicted or so we were told. overall this is not the place to live! and thats not to mention the prostitution thats going on in this area!!!!!! there are actually women walking the street in this neighborhood!
