Where should I begin! The person who wrote a good comment on 10-18 has only lived here a short while probabley not even a year. If you like neighbors who leave bags of trash outside their front doors, roaches the size of rats, noise, drug dealers, crime,no parking spaces, and rude office staff this is the place for you. I lived at City West for a long time and it use to be nice, and safe but now they let anyone and everyone move in.The apartments inside are very nice but thats the only good comment I could make. The pools are filled with people who don't even live there. People who live at city west don't know what dumpsters look like because they leave their trash all over the property.The walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbor going to the restroom.If you lease here be sure to get a alarm system because you will need it.
