could be nice IF they cared. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The structure is nice, but management messes everything up. They give you bogus bills and will not explain why you owe money but will threaten you with collections. Once they have you locked in it seems as if they have power/ ego issues and are not concerned with residental problems. Expensive for what you get in return. STRESS not luxury. STAY AWAY FROM CITY WEST!!!!
