My car was stolen after living here for a few months--it was just a simple Civic, but apparently there are a lot of "wrench heads" living in this complex and I guess people are just desperate. I had the leasing agent pretty much tell me to my face that I had stolen my own car, and that he didn't believe me; luckily he was fired, but Cityview Place is poorly managed. When my friend lived here a couple years ago, the tenants were generally very nice and clean and quiet; not so anymore! This place is LOUD LOUD LOUD and DIRTY. Yes the price is great, especially for an impoverished recent college graduate, but I'm sacrificing some things and paying more money for a different apartment complex. Maintenance never comes out; I have called for THREE MONTHS to get someone to fix the staircase outside my window. I live on the bottom floor, and the metal supports on the stairbase are loose; whenever someone walks up or down the stairs, they rattle INCREDIBLY loud and always wake me up. It's awful. Ugh I can't wait to leave here.
