Not worth the money, grounds are kept nice, but that's about all, poor customer service from leasing office staff, poor maintenance response time, rented a 2 bedroom, toilet always stopped up in one, was told one weekend, it wouldn't be fixed until monday, because we had 2 bathrooms, mind you the toilet had backed up and the smell was horrible. Many maintenance requests magically disappeared or not completed when promised. Leasing staff acted unconcerned, often ignoring you when you in the office. The number of young people, under 21yrs allowed to live in a one bedroom apartment, with the office's knowledge ( many of us neighbors complained)went unnoticed, the number of car breakins, one family's 3 vehicles tires were slashed. the office staff is young and seems very inexperienced. Location wise, ideal place to live, cost,safety,satisfaction wise, keep looking.
