You think everything is nice when you see the apt. but the truth is it floods and the security is never around when you need them. Our apt flooded after a small rain. and my husband's car got broken into and it was in a well lit area. Plus the apt complex didn't even contact us when they found it at 6am. We work evenings and found the car at 2pm!!!!! There are thieves in the apartment complex too. Our neighbors lost their tv. They offer you all these great deals to get you there but the truth is the apt complex sucks!!

I work everyday and i am a single female that lives alone. I tried to get an apartment at city view and i was treated very badly by the management because they said I had a criminal record from over 11 years ago. I don't see how they let these thugs hang around all day and they can't give a person a chance that only had a minor fight at the age of 19. I hate city view and i am glad they can't get the ghetto out because they try to judge people and they don't know what they are doing.

I think CityView is doing a good job with impoving the entire area. No matter where you go you will have people who break the rules but overall the properties are beautiful, the management and office staff are courteous and caring, and I have made some great friends here. I moved here from The Woodlands and I am still very satisfied with my home.
