This was my very first apartments and a bad experience i must say. The office staff is untrained and new staff are always coming in. The gates are constantly broken and trash is always visible. Who wants to live in an area where all you see is trash. I certainly don't. Oh i can't forget about all of the pests: roaches, ants, etc. This is not the place where you would want to call home.

Where were you living? Most of the same staff has been there since April 2005! But I guess since you were living there, no one is suppose to change jobs. GET OVER YOURSELF> Maybe you can control your neighbors and tell THEM not to drop trash all over the ground and the gates are HARDLY EVER BROKEN UNLESS SOME IDIOT RUNS INTO THEM. As far as pests are concerned, I have yet to see one roach or ant in my apartment. Did you ever think that maybe you brought the roaches with you from the last place you lived? I guess you never asked for PEST CONTROL which is every THURSDAY IF YOU READ YOUR COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER that all residents get. The management works hard to keep the place looking nice.

This has been my first apartment too, and I love it. During the summer we sometimes get bugs (because of the bayous), but if you are a clean person, and take advantage of the weekly pest control services provided at the expense of the owner that wouldn't have been an issue for you. I am very satisfied.
