TERRIBLE!

I came to Houston for an internship. I could tell that the neighborhood was low income, but I had no idea about the crime rate.* My apartment was BURGLARIZED only a week and a half after I moved in. The "security" at CityView Place is nonexistent - the gates are always broken and the cameras don't even record. Management did nothing to help my situation, and I'm having to pursue legal action to avoid paying penalties on my lease for moving out.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Also worth mentioning: they have a pest problem. The exterminator has to spray every week, and that won't keep roaches out.
