Inconvenient

I am at the end of my lease and I am so glad. The ceiling fan in my room is hanging by the wires and has been that way since at least August. No, I take that back, I reported that in August and they have chosen to completely ignore me. Another bad experience I had in these apartments was my glass door being broken by lord knows who, and the maintenance staff taking 3 weeks to fix it. The door was located in my childrens room, so they had to sleep with me because it was not safe for them to sleep in a room with a shattering window. Peices of the window would fall off daily, yet the apt staff was not concerned about safety. They were more concerned about how it happened, and who would be charged for it. On top of that they accused my 1 and 2 year old children of breaking the window while playing, because "they were sure it was broken from the inside." The reason for that is because the inside had no glass. Common sense will tell you that if there are small children in the home, you can't have glass on the floor. I cleaned it up "duh". I have to carry my very small children literally a block when I pick them up from day care, because there is nowhere to park, and that is a complete headache. I wish I had looked a little bit harder because in these apts, there is no storage space. So if you have a vaccuum cleaner, steam cleaner, wagon, toys, they have to go in the closet in the bedroom. My home was absolutely packed. The rates are cheap, but trust me you get what you pay for. I would not recommend anyone living here. It is not worth it. Not at all. I have been waiting for the end of my lease forever. Please don't live here. I hate it, it's very inconvenient. And if your TV is too loud, it is a lease violation, and it can get you kicked you out of your apt. So if you can't hear that well like my grandmother (which the tv was not loud at all, you couldnt even hear it from outside) then you need to get headphones.

I do agree with this review. I feel that maybe we should get together, and send out flyers to the other tenants living in these apartments letting them know they should come to this site to state there opinions as well.
