This property has the suckiest office people...they take eternity to do something for you....i called to request a maintenance problem 3 times and none of those times did they come...i wasn't even put down for the request. The third time i called i talked to the manager and she told me there was nothing listed on the computer for my apt. number, but she would send someone down that same day...2 days passed and my husband got tired of waiting so he figured out how to fix the problem. I called in the problem on a Tuesday, and they didnt come until Friday. That was very upsetting to me. My garbage disposal was messed up and clogged so i couldn't do anything with my dishes..Disgusting!!!...Also i have had other issues with them in the past and all they do is give me the run around. I hate the service they have here and i am just waiting for my lease to end so i can get out of these apartments. Oh but they do a great job on keeping the property clean, but don't pay attention to their residents. I dont recommend this place.
