You get what you pay for I can honestly say I feel safe no one broke into my car maintenance is fast for it to be 900 units. If you want to rent go to kristy she will make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. I stay in PHASE 1 and no problems so far I also pay 455 in rent. But If I come home after 10pm I would have to park really far from my apt. Sometimes the --------- play there music loud but it don't bother me. I would recommend these apt to someone like me who is in college and needs a cheap place to stay. You get what you pay for I think its well worth. Washer and dryer included updated appliances so far so good. The apartment also comes with alarms installed and its only 15 dollars a year for HPD to monitor them that cheaper than a full tank of gas. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

It is totally obvious that you work for the complex. Out of all these BAD reviews, yours is the only one that is positive. And yes you do get what you pay for, but ----, you can't even get maintenence out to your apartment without constantly calling and begging someone to come out. I mean what planet are you from? I love the inside of the apartments, but at one point people were getting their cars broken into almost every weekend. There have been many police officers here taking reports from upset residents because the same mother------- was breaking into our cars. They broke into mine. You must not live on the property. Will be writing a letter to management company.
