please don't move there you will regret it even if you pay your rent 2 months in advances you're gonna keep getting eviction notices on your door, cause the office bookeeper does not know what she is doing. And the staff are rude, they act like there sh** dont stink.
Make sure you put everything in writing. Oh very important, also when you fill out your inspection sheet make sure you write everything that is not perfect, I mean if the floor is not clean if there are crumbs in the kitchen cabinets, if the stove does not look brand new write that it is not 100% clean cause when you leave they will do everything to make sure you do not get your deposit back.
Maintnaince was good at the beginning, before they changed. Then all went to hell, garbage everywhere, the pool had diapers and underwear and garbage in it. People dont care about the place, they leave all there crap out side for you to see it. The mail box area is always full of trash everywhere. And you need to make sure you do not mail any colored evelopes or receive any for that matter cause you will never get it. They open your mail and if they think there is money in it forget it. And the post girls always on there damn cell phones running late every day and there rude.
Animals, wow I rescued 3 dogs while we lived there. Many cats that need help there too.
The buildings are so old that you feal the air come right threw. On a real hot day forget cooling your house. The AC works as hard as it can so you pay alot on your electric bill. My Highest bill was $250.00 in july. Now where I live just because it has new windows our bill is under $100 dollars. We pay the same amount in rent and live a greater area, that is actual gated. The gates at city view are always broken. People off the streets come and go as they please jumping over the fences. You hear gun shots every now and then, and if you have a nice vehicle it will get broken into. The cameras are there for looks, and there is no security officer on site. If you call the cops they will tell you to move its bad location. and do not live on the first floor cause it has a higher risk of getting your apt broken in to. And there also has been a girl that had been sexualy assaulted there and at least 2 or 3 kids die there cause of drowning, and since they dont take care of the pools so you cant enjoy summer time anymore.
Whatever you do there is so much better look somewhere else especially if you have a family that you care about.

I believe it. That's exactly how it was when we left in 2006. Yet people still keep moving over there. There was one who even defended that place! What is up with that?

I've lived here for about 2 years and just found out about this sight, so I am here to defend this place. I have had no issues being here. I'm sure some of you have, of course who doesn't ANYWHERE they live...keep that in mind. And the office staff are ALL nice. Maybe I should take a little video with me if I could post it on here just to show how nice they are to me. I trully believe that when you are not happy with one issue it's easy to blame it on someone or every one else. I encourage all of us here that love it to speak up!!!
