At the begining of March i came here with my girlfriend and mother in law to look at these arpartments. We like the location and it looks like a calm plase to live. An Employee from Claridge helped us out and gave us a tour and showed us a two bedroom apartments # 2001 and stated he will have the apartment ready on apirl the 1st. I filled out the application and provided all the information needed. All was needed was the 99 move in and my crited check. The Employee siad everything is done and the move in date in on Apirl the 1st. I provided the 100 in cash and droped it inside the back door. wich was never found and i had to pay another 99 deposite. But that is only the begining of my troubles. We left thinking was done and move in date was the Apirl the 1st. The next day i called to see if i passed my credit check and a employee stated yes. In the middle of apirl I called and stated if i can come by and look at the arpartments 2001 and the employee and no the apartments wont be ready untill the 1st. So we think agian everything is ready. It was my first time moving out and i was excited and happy with the apartments. I called reliant energy and provided with a 240.00 deposite and the lights were ready to be turned on the 1st of apirl. On March 30th I went to the apartments to see if everything was ok and to see if i can look at the apartment. Come to find out i was not even in the system, they did not do a crited check and my 99 deposit was stolen. I was really upset and wanted someone responsoble with the employee who helped us from the start. The employee there stated this was not the first time this employee had done this. Luckely they had an apartment ready on the 3rd of april wich was upstairs # 102. I had to call reliant to change the apartment number and cost me another 260.00 to be able to change the apartment number. and called the furniture place and change the drop of date.When we were already settled in the employees there told us everything will be ready on the 3rd. Everything was not ready and we was without ac for about a week or two. the reason why the ac was not ready was : 1 had to check the inventory. 2 did not have a truck to pick up the ac. 3 was wiating for a part. We also repoted the two restrooms was not working properly. It took them two weeks to fix the masterbedroom restroom and the other restroom is still not fix, wich leaks water when you turn on the water. It took them a week to provide me with my mial key. They still have not come and fix the other restroom and i been to there office more than i can count. The worst thing is we still dont have no hot water and no pressure since apirl 1st. I am writing this letter asking for help and hopeing the right person reads this and come and do an investigation of the customer service provided to us guest staying here at Clarige and why it takes so long to get things done. We are human being and are paying customers and should provide us with tha basic utilities. I do not want to go to housing artourites i am doing this the right way and going by the chain of command. Please help us to solve this problem. I work at the Westin Galleria and Oaks Hotel a four Diamond hotel as a Security Officer.
