Icky From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Friendly people (for the most part) with a few sketchy people here and there. Too many people living to one apartment, though...the dumpsters are overflowing two days after trash pickup!! The laundry room is disgusting...dirty water is always pooling on the floor mixed with lint and dryer sheets. Most of the times it's hit or miss with finding a working dryer...you have to stand there and wait 5 minutes to make sure its heating up.
