i live her for almost 2 yrs now with my infant son, it is ok, the staff is very friendly and attend to ur every need, and the maintance respond promtly. the rent is very affordable and the size of the apt is good, my only issues i have are tile floors in the apts, they r stained and look like they have been there for years, i went a far as getting on my hands and knees to scrub the floor and the stains and gunk is there to stay, and there is no security gate ( any one can just walk or drive in). its a quiet place, and i dont have n e problems with my neighbors. i plan on moving by the beginning of next year to a bigger place, but i would recommend these apartments to the next person. :-). oh yea and when it rains there u better park ur car somewhere else there is a bayou right in front of the apartments and is flood very easly, i have to take my car to my mothers house, i have seen car get flooded out over a little rain. :-(
