Horrible, seriously even for the price stay away!

I have lived in this apartment for three years now, and before I move away I want everyone to know how horrible a place this is to live. Even for the price, it isn't worth it.
I have had my truck broken in to on three separate occasions; nothing was done to improve the safety of the parking lot. Serious damage was done to my vehicle on each occasion.
The AC has broken more times that I can even remember; each time response took more than a week. The water/hot water goes out every few months and takes a few days to come back. The management seems very blasĂ about this each time, and basically shrugs their shoulders and says your SOL.
During my time here my apartment has shifted several inches to the east, and in doing so has cracked and warped many door frames and walls in my place, once again no response from the staff. Because of the shifting my windows/door do not seal all the way and in the summer my electric bill sky rockets from loss of cool air. I have asked them to reseal it but I never have gotten them to actually do anything about it. My electric bill was $250-300 a month during the summer.
My air filter has NEVER been changed while I have lived here, that is of course except when I went and purchased a filter and did it my self. In fact the "sign off sheet" in the bathroom where they mark the date and sign when the filter is changed shows that the last time that it was changed was May 2002.
My neighbors are constantly so loud I feel as if I am in there apartment with them. They drink and leave stuff in front of my door, and I have been through many different tenants in my stay here.
I stove blew up, for the lack of a better word, after I lived here for a year or so. While I was cooking one of the burners arced through the pan I was cooking in and put a quarter size hole in it. I wasn't even apologized to, if I had been holding it when it happen it might have killed or at least seriously injured me. And my $120 pan wasn't replaced of course. My sink's faucet leaks underneath and I have mold growing there, but I just spray bleach every week or so because I know they won't fix it.
There are so many thing I honestly could fill a paper about it, but I think you will see the pattern here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! No matter what deals they give you, no matter what promises they make. They will not live up to them. Take my advice, go some where else. I am moving out in a week or so, and I canât tell you how good it feels to finally get away from here.
