Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This place is terrible. Roaches. Ancient appliances. Blasted out fuse boxes that knock out electricity for days. Fires. Gunshots. Break-Ins. Trash/Garbage all over the grounds. Limited washers working. My car was towed for absolutely no apparent reason and cost $200 to recover. Loud music/noise pollution. I've had a really bad experience living here. Management is not good, but they work with you on the rent. Hot water pressure is almost non-existent in the mornings. I can't wait until my lease is up. I've had to call the police twice since I've been here, which is only 8 months. Other than that it's fabulous!!!!!! Yeah, right.
