This complex has gone through multiple management since I have lived here - 2004 - 2006, I moved in right after the complex opened. I think the management in place now (2006) has given me hope that this place will turn back around like it was when I first moved in. The First management was attentive and the tenants were screened. The grounds were kept up and maintenance was good. Then another management team took over and the complex began to take a dive. It seemed like they would let anyone rent and no rules enforced (trash in hallways, dog poop all over the grounds, trouble kids hanging in the pool area during and after hours, etc.) - I couldn't wait to move out. Then another management team took over (now we are on the 3rd management) which enforced the bad management. But now there is new management (4th) which seem to be bringing the place back to where it was when it first opened. They seem attentive to tenants needs as well as enforcing the rules. The only complaint I have is the front side gate is always broken it seems this can never stay fixed. The crime is the same anywhere, I work on 529 and we had car break-ins in our parking lot at work during the day - crime is everywhere. Parking wasn't a problem for me because I paid extra for a reserved spot.....one thing is the walls are very thin and you hear your neighbors more so than other complexes, other than that the layouts are great.
