The Management change was the reason I renewed my lease. I hated it before and thought long and hard before renewing. Sky has brought together a good team that tries very hard to balance resident happiness with sound business practices. Rodney is diligent,and I appreciate the way they handle things as they come up. If residents would STOP breaking the gate, then there wouldn't be a gate issue.
