I was a manager there and I notice all of the Chaparral Properties.. Club at the isle, club at tranquality lake, club at the brazos and others have fake favorable postings from the same person. James works for the company and this is typical of the deceptive practices used by the company to mislead you. Complain to Rae Fairfield @ 713-468-1500 x16. These guys are criminals who wear suits. Visit www.theclubliving.com the stay away from ALL of their properties!!!

This property is no longer owned and operated by Chaparral Properties. Greystar Management has been on-site since March 2006. James is not affiliated with either the new owner or Greystar. Please get your facts correct before making disparaging accusations.

Sounds like just a sour former employee bashing his former bosses and too dumb to get his facts straight.
