The apartments are nice, but everything else is horrific.

I have been here for a little over 8 months, I had a 6 month but renewed. The first 6 months were great they had a good assistant manager that handled everything quick. The current manager lies to you about having something fixed, or being worked on but it goes without being fixed. If you enjoy nice showers with lots of water do not live here there is some problem with the water that they have known about but never get fixed. As I type this we have no water, and the new maintenance guy does not speak english or know how to fix anything. I would not recommend moving here there are nicer apartments that have the same owner Greystar that do not have the issues that this one does. On the parking issue, there are a lot of spaces but since people do not know how to park it can be bad for your new vehicles. They did finally get the gates working about 80% of the time, but they have started to let katrina evacuees move in on there new vouchers and they crime in the complex has gone up. I can not wait for my lease to be up. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
