Colony Oaks Apartments

From: MariaVCarminati@hotmail.com Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   There have been incidents, BUT there are also wonderful neighbors who look out for you and your apartment. Unfortunately, no one ever reports these events. My neighbors have regulraly come to warn me there was a smell of something burning, that my front light was out, or if I needed help with my flat tire. I have been altogether very satisfied. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but you ARE one road from Bellaire, and 5 minutes from Galleri which makes the location perfectly livable. Anything is less than 5 minutes away, and I can even WALK to Blockbuster. There is a tax assessor court within walking distance which makes license transfers, and car registrations SO SIMPLE! The management is really wonderful! Also, the settin with a pool at less than 12 steps from your front door makes you feel as though the city is a million miles away. There is so much green, and luscious trees. Week ends at home on the porch are a dream!
