Beware of The Balconys!!! From: happyvanderbilt Date posted: 3/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   When me and my husband first moved in, we thought the place was great! However, everything is not as it seems. My husband and I had been living there for 1 month, and we walked out onto the patio. My husband put his hand on the railing "leaning onto the railing, and the railing broke and my husband fell from the second story onto the ground! He suffered a concussion, and 6 broken ribs! Not a fun thing to go through; not to mention, they would not let us break our lease, we had to live in the hell-hole for another 11 months. punctered lung, broken ribs, and a concussion. Definately not fun stuff.
