We moved here after living in Pasadena for 5 years. This apartment is lousy. The air conditioners leak when they run at 75 all day. The toilet runs to no end. The dishwasher has never worked. The stove is gas and that is the only plus in this statement. The carpet was old and after requesting new carpet twice, we gave up. The walls have been repaired and painted many times you can almost see it peeling off the walls from the weight. The maintenance workers do not speak english and are very rude! I requested my leaking faucits be repaired seeing as how they were running all the bathroom cabinets and the linolium in the toilet area. I had a copy of a work order saying they had completed the work, but the only thing I could tell they had being doing was watchihng T.V. I came home and my television was on and the channel was changed from 13..the channel I always leave it on in the morning. What's worse, I have charges on my Pay per view that are from the time they were supposedly working!! I reported it to the manager and nothing was done about it because I called for more work to be done and the same person showed up at the apartment the next day!
