This is a great place to live. The staff is very kind and responsive to requests. Maintenience is very polite and fixes things in a timely manner. It's a quiet neighborhood with nice people of all ages. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. There are the typical problems with apts. but nothing that can't be overcome--when things break they are fixed, when bugs come they are exterminated. The apts. were built in the 1960's so floor plans are larger which is very nice, but that also means construction needs more maintenience, but they have been kept up very well--there have been roofers and painters since I have lived here to restore the beauty. Parking is only a problem if you have more than one car and don't like paralell parking when all the uncovered spaces are taken, otherwise there is more than enough parking that has good lighting.
