Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
These plans are huge. The neighborhood is wooded, well-established and respectable. I left during the reign of the evil gossip queen Diane for a water view. But most management has been very agreeable. This place gets older and older and more and more charming. If you can't put up with a few idiosyncracies of such a charming oldd complex, go rent from the fleecers from the big developers. You can't top the return on your investment anywhere.
