I have lived here for just over a year and I'm currently waiting to switch to a two bedroom two bath with den. My current aparment is only a one bedroom but it has 850 square ft. Most of them do have their own garden out front which you have full freedom to do whatever you want with it. Residents have alot of pride here so partying is not really accepted here. To me thats the only down fall but we are extremely close to tons of great restraunts and bars as well as groceries and even a movie theater all within a couple of miles from us.
