The apartments should be burned to the ground the showers, A/C, and sinks all leak. The paint job is horrible. When you finally do get a maintence man to fix something after months of waiting he fixes it half ass. I am trying to move and this so called new manager from corporate is a total snob. They have no paperwork on us even paying the pet deposit yet records clearly show that we indeed pay extra for it. I hate this complex and it seems like every new manager that comes in is more and more of an idiot than the last. I would never wish this place and my enemies. Oh, and if you do decide to go anyways I would ask them to fix the pools and the leaking showers first. Also, keep every record of anything you tell them or give them. These people don't know how to do thier jobs. Its unfortunate that we have to do it for them but I guess thats not going to happen despite wishfull thinking.
