Appearances are not what they seem. Promises of a quiet and warm community are overwhelmed with numerous visitors and "temporary" month long noncontracted residents. Noise levels caused by unsupervised animals disturb the day from early morning, afternoon, and midnight hours.

Upon entering any premise, the rule of thumb to believe is that any repair that needs attention has had numerous attempts at repair or has been on a waiting list for six months or more already. Be prepared for a "chill" water system that never offers cold water; luke-warm water is available after designated cold water sits for two plus hours with serious scalding or burns potential whenever immediate use of hot water is selected.

In short, "evasiveness" and misleading commentary are characteristic of the ever evolving management services, often offering subtle financial threat as an alternative means to remediation actions requested by residents as the adopted course of action.
