Can be dangerous

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
The staff does not like to admit they have a problem with theft. The two years that I lived in the apartment, there were 9 vehicle break-ins. When our vehicle was broken into, we spoke to the constable and he said that this complex was not safe.
Also, people do not pick up after their animals.
