TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

I have lived here for 4 months now and very unhappy. My father moved in about 2 yrs ago, then my brother did, then myself and fiance, and 2 other friends of mine. At first office staff is sooo nice then once you start paying over $700 a month for your corner they are not to be seen or heard from again. I have told many friends to stay away from this place. They just let anyone move in now, from those who throw their kitchen trash bags in the laundry area to those who park large moving trucks in the middle of the courtyards. The office staff does not help in anyway. A/C is not worth crap and the office staff replied that it is because we on the second floor. So, according to her if you plan on living on the 2nd floor dont expect a/c. I am VERY UNHAPY WITH THESE APPARTMENTS AND STAFF. Please safe yourself the stress and look for a better place, it could not be hard to find a better place than this one.

If it is so bad here then why did you move in after your father and brother moved in? Did they not tell you something bad? Evidentally not or you would not have moved. I have not had any problems here and would like to disagree with you. I have lived here for almost 4 years and think it is a GREAT place to live.

I lived for a year. If you live on one side of the community, you don't have a clue what someone else is experiencing. Don't tell someone they're lying. I happened to hear and see things go on if I wanted to know. If you don't care what other neighbors are going through, you are part of the problem. Do you sit on your balcony at night or get up at 3am just to see if there is suspisious activity going on outside?? If not, shut your mouth and don't make it seem safe, because I sure as hell didn't feel safe there.
