Sure the office is friendly when you first go to them about getting an apt., but they really dont make sure things get done. My lease is almost up and I will not be renewing. They never put my phone# in the system for the front gate after many calls. It is hard to contact them. When you call them most of the times you get the operator(they are not in the office). They gave me my notice exactly 1 month before my lease is up, couldn't get in contact with them for a week to tell them I was moving out. Now I have to pay $200 for 1 week. It has been a week that they haven't fixed my a/c. Downstairs neighbor doesn't want me to leave, said before me, all he got was loud people. My car got broken into. They didn't take anything because alarm went off. You hear about break-ins often. Police car in front doesn't help. You can't find a parking spot by your apt. at night. Drive way is tight because of people parking in the way. I do like my apt. except for the a/c problem and squeeky floors. I had to fog the place before I moved in because of roaches. "Clothes care center"(ha) is always dirty. If you are looking for an overall nice place to stay, don't look here.

I've lived here for a while as well and the complaints that this person is talking about are VERY exaggerated. When I need assistance, the main office always me addesses quickly (not that I have very many). You have to remember that office is not open 24/7, the best time to call is in the morning (when there is less traffic on the phone). Uh, and about the notice of moving out, it is YOUR responsibilty to let them know ahead than just one month; when you first signed the lease, you are told when your lease will be up, it is not their responsiblity to remind you, you are supposed to stay on top of it. About the car break in, I've been there a over a year and I have not heard about any car break ins, you run that risk anywhere you park your car. You can't blame the complex for that. The drive can accomodate cars parked on the side as well as two cars passing by side by side. I've done it. Also, this complex does not have resereved parking so of course you won't find a spot by your apt every single time. Again, we do not have PRIVATE laundry rooms, the clothes care center might have some trash leftover by someone, but you write it like it's a disaster area. There is an older gentleman that cleans the premises every day, in the early morning, and for one guy I think he does an appropiate job. Once again everything this person stated is VERY exaggerated. You just have to keep on mind that you are not living on private property, there are ppl living all around you and you can't judge the complex by a hand full of rude ppl, with this person included. I think he (one out of a couple hundred) just had a bad experience and wanted to vent. So if your looking for an affordable, quite place to live, this isn't such a bad place.
