I've lived here about a year now and have very few complaints. The pools are kept very clean and it's usually pretty quiet. I've had only one issue with loud music and since asking my neighbor to turn it down a lil have had no further problems. They did a lot of work to the parking lot this spring and are continually painting and doing maintenance to keep things looking nice. Parking is usually okay but can get crowded at my building at times. Maintenance crews thankfully speak english(my last place didn't) and are pretty quick to respond to problems. All in all, I'd give it a 8 out of 10...
