Although this is a gated complex, management could only provide excuses as to why gates stayed open for extended periods of time. The gate and fence does not stop the flow of outsiders from coming in the comples, nor does management really care. When asked how to stop this, they normal comeback is call the police (this is during office hours). Basically, it appears that residents are responsible for themselves with no assistance from the office staff. There was a neighborhood watch, but that appears to have gone by the way side. No control over the loud vehicles that live and visit the complex as well as the extremely loud music coming from vehicles. Kids run wild on the weekends so you can only image what it would be like this summer. Garbage is allowed to build up on porches which does not make for a health smell or a visually appealing complex. Seems that nothing can be done by the office personnel without "corporate's" approval and their hands are always tied. Would perfer to wait for a lease to expired so not to renew it then to deal with tenant problems, so basically other tenants are stuck with dealing with the problems as well. Hear that the complex is now be referred to as the "hood".
