never been late on my rent but the first time put a notice on the door two days after the 4th saying they are going to change the locks at their discreation..prior to this the AC unit in the apartment is not working called a month ago and asked someone to change the filter their response:tents come and get those themselves and maybe no got the work order.When I called about the AC unit I had to page the on call maintance man several time before he came and when he did come the maintance man looked at the AC and went outside to check the air conditioner and never came back.My boyfriend and I had friends over at the time and when they left the maintance man was outside laughing and talking to someone.What a great place to live!The next working day my boyfriend to the office and he told them(office staff) the problem, they basically did not listen to what he was saying.I also called earlier that day and the Assit. Manager got my name and number and did not call me back like she said she would.Then the following day management told my boyfriend and myself someone was coming to check the AC unit, noone came rather then letting us know he was out sick. I tried to tell the Assit manager how much the light bill was for the month; her response:well my light bill is near 400.00 and i have a 3 bedroom apartment.Mind you my apartment is a 1 bedroom approx 570sq ft.There is no reason for the light bill to be 250-300.00 dollars.Then went on to tell me what I should keep the air turned to. Mind you again I just told her I have already called the light company and spoke to them.I came to the apartments because it was close to school and not that far from work. These people care nothing about you they do not listen and all they want is money.And I will in fact report them to their corporate office; something may or nay not happen but it damn sure will make me fill better.
