Gone down hill

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The neighborhood and complex have gone down really bad. Crime is up and we don't feel safe to go out at night. The management, which has changed several times over the last couple of years, is the worst group ever. I've never had experience with such a bad group of apartment personnel.
