I moved more than a year ago, and it is nothing but nice.I live in the front and all is ambulances going to another properties. It is a awesome place but unfortunatelly you cannot help the sourrandings with some of the louisiana people. Maintnance are nothing but nice they answer on a daily bases. I'll highly recomment them
