some of them shoot guns, but only in the summer.. those are heard from the neighboring complexes, at least. the cops have been called on people fighting in the parking lot who continue to fight even after the cops arrive. the apartment itself was okay.. bathroom poorly thought out. you can smell your neighbors cooking dinner through the walls.. my neighbors smoked. i don't. awesome. you can see the sunlight peeking through your shut door, hello high electric bill! many people left their balcony doors open in the summer time and used no lights. the grounds are fairly maintained. for the price it's.. nothing special. i rarely had trouble with parking, never had anything broken into, nothing stolen. but there were 2 break ins and one assault on the property when i lived there. if you have to live in the area, look up the roads between here and 59 before you stop here.
