I was a single woman living by myself and I felt unsafe living there. A convict friendly complex. A convicted child predator lived right across from me. The neighbor next door - a total drug addict - told me that the guy who used to live in my apartment was a violent gang member who was arrested. A group of men (his friends or enemies) showed up one night and I was afraid to open the door - so I told them through the door that he no longer lived there. Thankfully, they did not come back. The apartment itself was old and ugly with patched up walls and very shoddy workmanship. I was glad to get out of that place.
