I have lived here for almost 2 years and the only reason i'm here is because i renewed my lease. If i could move that would be great because the management is real bad. If you request a work order for maintenance to repair anything, they can take up to two weeks. Due to an old air condition unit, my light bill has reached to almost $200.00. I purchased a gym key for $50, but the apartment complex removed all the equipment and we don't have a workout room. During the summer, the pool should be open for the tenants. If you go and check it out, you will notice that it is always dirty, the water has a green color, and something always happens to it, so then the office decides to close it.

If it was so bad why did you renew? I am sure that this "horrible management" did not come over night correct? So you could have left but decided to stay?? Yea, that makes sense.
